Pic on the left was 235 lbs, after I had already lost 10 lbs. Pic on the right is down 40 lbs.
I've cut out bread for the most part, just eating whole grains. Also off dairy. I'm working my way thru 30DS slowly. I've just been moving a lot.

Start weight 185, Current weight 151. 34 lbs lost. Eating healthy and exercising. It took 4 months in all. I had a goal to lose this weight before I turned 30. I have 10lbs to go and my Birthday is in August. Still chugging along.

First photo taken last summer at about 126 and the heaviest I have been (outside pregnancy). Admittedly I had been eating strudel and drinking German wheat beer all week but definitely not a good look for me. I started MFP in February and the last photo was taken a few weeks ago at 108 (June). MFP has worked for me as it helps me consider portion size as well and keeps me focused on running, cycling and getting those calories burned.

Strangely enough my husband says he never saw me as very heavy and finds it amazing to see just how much I had to lose. Of course he says he likes me now but also was happy then. Very diplomatic, lol

    Great job! :-D
  • I initially set my goal weight to 150 lbs. Today, I'm considering letting the mirror decide instead of the scale.

I follow the Leangains style of IF eating 2 meals and maybe a snack a day.

Currently on 10th week of Body Beast (add 1 week of set back because of gout flare up). I also supplement my workout routine with Les Mills Combat, depending on how I feel that day.

118 pounds lost in almost two years. Diet and exercise have been the best things I have discovered! I have eliminated soda and replaced it with water mostly. I eat smaller meals and I have learned to stop when I am full instead of cleaning my plate. Life is so different now that I have freed myself being overweight.

I still have a ways to go... For all but the past 2 months, I was not exercising. Then for all but the last two weeks, even though I was trying to exercise, it seemed like everything was going wrong in life, so I had to skip a lot of days so I could go take care of things. Anyway, seeing the progress I've made in just the past two weeks really has me motivated! I wish I could work out all day long!
