Ladies, 5'7, what's your goal weight?

When I was in high school I was 119 lbs at 5'7"... I looked lanky and sick looking back at photos.
I have grown a much more womanly shape once I started taking birth control and have been in college for 5 years.
I'm currently 158- Which feels too big for me. I was happiest around 130 because I have smaller hips and wider shoulders...
God never really gave me much distinction between my waist and my hips... but hopefully after loosing 30lbs, I'll be able to see what
shape of a woman I've turned out to have!
It all depends on your frame and how tone you want to be. I'll settle at 145 if I have some kick butt abs0 -
I'm about 5'8", medium-large frame. Started out at 151, currently hover between 127-129, my goal weight is around 115, and then I'll go from there
What?!?! I'm 5'8", medium-framed, and aiming for 130. Have you ever been to 115 before?
Nope. I mean, when I was a kid I was at 115 some point in time.
I may try to go down to 110, but I'll probably stick with 115.
Sweetness, that sounds like not enough weight for your height. Be safe and consult your physician before you try to endure that goal. Go up if anything and get yourself some tone belly and arm! (not criticism at all, I just know what I looked like at that weight and it wasn't pretty.)0 -
I am, and original goal was 145 but have adjusted to 150 as I'm now a size 6 and feel fit.0
-
My goal is 160, but I may adjust that once I get close to that.0
-
My last visit to the Doc (at 145) she said it was time to stop...
Realistically I'll be happy at 150-145.... but secretly hoping to make it to 141... my pre accident (14 years ago) weight.
I'm a little afraid of over reaching my goal and not being able to maintain.0 -
I'm shooting for 135-140. I've been under 130 before, but didn't really like the way I looked or felt. But it's all about being fit--if I have have good muscle tone I'll be happy wherever I land.0

I'm 5'7 and my goal is 135.
I went on 5 different sites and calculated it and apparently that's the ideal weight for our height o.o.
True or not, 135 sounds fantastic!0 -
Wow, a lot of people have the goal weight of my weight! That makes me feel good I'm 5'7 and have a medium/large frame and I'm aiming for 125 because my mom's 5'9 and 125 and she looks great. Maybe that's a little low for me though? I'd be thrilled at 130.0

You're 5'7, 150 and a size six?! I'm 145 and a size ten. Sometimes a 12.0 -

You're 150, 5'7, and a size 6?! I'm 145 and a size ten. Sometimes a twelve. Weirdness.0 -
My goal is 150, then ultimately 140 would be awesome.0
-
I''m 5'6" and my goal 140-145 just to have 5 lbs to play with0
-
5'7" and my goal is 135-1400
-
I am 5'7" and originally set my goal as 152, 100 pounds lighter than my start weight. I have been struggling like mad with the last 12 pounds, and have been for 6 weeks. I said screw it. I started lifting weights and I will see if that firms me up. I am a size 12, but I am very ok with it, if i get smaller, fine, but i have my cals set for maintenance. I weigh 165 and look like my profile pic.0

I'm 5'7, and my goal is between 140-150.0
-
My goal is 135.0
-
First goal=170
Ultimate goal=155-165
I don't know how I will look at 170 as the last time i was 170 i was 5'5 and 15 years old. So now that I'm 5'6.75(5'7) at 21 y.o. and focused more on body comp and fat % its a wait and see game :-/ . Im at 184 as of last monday, at 31.3 bf% I want to get down to 20-25% range with maintaining my LBM that i have now. Highest weight is 2410 -
Right now, I'll be happy to see 199. I'll reevaluate when I get there, lol.0
-
Just signed up, so I'm a newbie!
I'm 5'6 and I was aiming for 160. If I can ever get there I'll probably go down to 155. That's what Weight Watchers said my goal should be at 5'6".0 -
I'm 5'7 and my goal weight is a curvy & toned 140 lbs.
If I'm still unsatisfied with my appearance, then my GW will be adjusted to 133 lbs.0 -
My goal weight is 135, maybe 130. I am currently in the high 150's. I just started so please feel free to add me!0
-
135 here too!0
-
120 currently 140 and really not happy with it -.-0
-
165 because it puts me just in the healthy range. I started at 231 and I'm 188 now so for me 165 seems okay!0
-
"Short-term" goal: 155
UGW: Between 135-145.
When I was in shape, I hovered around 140 and felt great. When I got out of boot camp, I was 127 pounds and looked way too thin. I tend to carry all of my weight around my bottom half, so my face and upper body look incredibly skinny in comparison. Not a great look. lol0 -
Right now I am setting my goal weight at 160 pounds, but my ideal weight is about 145. There was a time where I was thinner than that (about 123 pounds at my lowest) through hardly eating and overly-excessive exercise, and I was sick- bad skin, missing my period, having dizzy spells, etc. When I was 145 last, I was exercising regularly, eating right and felt great. That seems to be a comfortable place for me to be. Now to just get there.0
-
I am exactly 5'7". I currently weigh 165 lbs with good muscle tone and look pretty hot!
The lowest I have been is 145 lbs. I looked okay, but I like myself better with muscle.
I want to see what I look like around 145-150 now that I have gained muscle.
Feel free to add me girls.0 -
I'm 5'7" too. I currently weight 173 lbs. My short term goal is 159 (to be within the BMI range, per doctor's orders) and my long term goal is 135. The lowest that I've been is 140, but I could probably reach 135 with a little more effort. Felt good to be 140 back in the day! I work out a lot, so not sure how muscle gain/weight loss will work together toward this goal.0
-
My goal is 158...if I settle out slightly lower thats ok, but no lower than 155...I would just be too skinny.0
-
I'm 5'7 and going for 130-135 pounds (that's where I was pre-pregnancy!).0
