    Cheese on toast, no matter whether it's openface or closed, is a cheese toastie. A sandwich is better with MORE THAN ONE FILLING. Who thinks an L would be delicious? Oh, you don't know L? It's a toasted roll with lettuce inside. It's not going to be good. Having tomatoes in a grilled cheese is a great thing. TOMATOES IS MY FAMILY, to paraphrase awesomeness-mongerer John Green.
