I have done a few progress posts, but I don't think I've ever posted a pic of what I looked like before I lost weight. This is me at my heaviest in 2008. I was between 180-190. I honestly couldn't tell you exactly what I weighed because I never set foot on a scale when I was this heavy.
No!! I actually gasped when I saw your after pic! Amazing!0 -
Everyone looks so stunning!! I love it, truly inspirational.0

Hey All,
absolutely inspired by all these pics and stories!
I started personal training about 1.5 years ago and initially we worked on building up general fitness and stamina, now we working on toning and the way through this is obviously heavy lifting, I'm not just dead-lifting but also using kettle bells, chest presses, deep squats etc.
my problem areas are my sides (muffin tops) and thighs/butt, i have very small upper body, my thighs are starting to tone up also and i'll upload a bikini pic after my holiday in 3 weeks time, hopefully my daily workout will help me see a real difference in them by then
the difference may look minimal but its huge to me, because i had went up a few dress sizes and now im back to my original size, but noticing real muscle instead of flab
anyway piccies below
feel free to send me a friend request - love the support you guys give and also love to do the same in return!!
xx Nat
comparison pics below taken between Feb 2013 and April 2013 with me doing my Personal training routine 3 times a week and 2 circuit classes per week
June 2013 pics below - I added a swim session to weekly fitness and reduced circuits classes to 1 a week
most recent pics below took on 24/25th July 2013 after 3 weeks of solid heavy lifting with minimal cardio! with 5-6 sessions a week

Very inspirational!! Heavy lifting for ladies is a new concept to me and looking at the fantastic results I'm going to have a go!
How's best to start for a novice? Also what specific exercises did you use to acheive the wonderfully flat/toned tummies?
Awesome results ladies ))1
