    Thank you for letting me borrow it? It's written from the heart, I can tell, so glad you shared it! That's what I want to learn to do..appreciate what my body has done thus far and not worry so much about where I need to be, or where I THINK I need to be.

    My body is strong and I'm grateful for that.. :heart:
    Just for today: Get up and GO no matter what my head says!
    THIS is for tomorrow morning when I want to go back to sleep instead of grabbing my workout gear. I can 't fall asleep... so I'm afraid I will talk myself out of it in the a.m.

    Good plan!! You could always try to plan out the full week too. My fam does that and then we shop based off that list. It has really help me control my eating!! You are doing the same thing, just one day at a time!! Good for you!

    I just turned down carrot cake at an office birthday party. I am seeing it as a choice, not that I am depriving myself. I had a great breakfast, I am not hungry, and cake is not the best choice. Normally, I just eat it because it is there. I give no thought to it. I am proud of the choice I made.

    I really like this idea! I have caught myself in that "my diet starts tomorrow" mind frame for the past few months! And every day I would tell myself that tomorrow would be my new start, so that current day would be my last chance to eat all the stuff I wanted to (as a result I'd then binge on thai food, pizza, and ice cream). Thank you for posting this! I'm definitely going to try it out.
