    workout 6 days a week (2 days weight training, 4 days cardio)
    1200 calories a day (eat half my exercise )
    I just stared but i want to lose 55 pounds. Do i need to eat more?

    * Currently 178 lbs.
    * Sometimes 5 to 6 times a week depending on how busy I am but ALWAYS at least 4 times a week. I do usually different types of cardio combined with weights or different types of hot yoga.
    * I eat 1200 calories a day - focusing on getting in lean meat, veggies, fruit, healthy carbs, and healthy fats.

    Trying to lose around another 25 to get to 185 pounds.
    I walk for an hour on the treadmill at 3.5 mph 4 or 5 days a week.
    My current net calorie goal is 1500 and i'm usually a little bit under that.

    At a point where I'm taking the weight loss as it comes but if I had a goal, maybe another 10 lbs?
    I walk. A lot. And do a little (I should totally do more) strength training. Otherwise I'd only be able to eat from 1500-1700 and that's to maintain. I like food too much to eat that little. :smile:

    Prior to today, I was eating 1600 calories a day.
    MFP just lowered me to 1300 calories per day to lose 2+ lbs per week.
    I workout 3-5 days a week, each 1 hour session burns anywhere from 500-700 calories.

    2000-2500 kcal on rest days, 3000-3500 on lifting days, sometimes up to 4000 if ice cream somehow becomes involved.

    Before you freak out, note height and weight. I'm trying to actually gain a few pounds.

    goal is 130lbs or around that figure.
    I workout 3 days a week with kettlebell circuit for 20mins then 60mins bike 3 times a week.
    I eat up to 1800cals a day but I might eat around 1600cals this week as I have bad stomach cramps lately and cant eat much. Im using the TDEE method as its so much easier to eat the same everyday and not worry about exercise calories!

    After that weight, my goal will be to get as strong as possible (Heavy lifting).

    I net around 1500-1600 most days(i eat back all my exercise calories...foodie here)

    Starting weight was 268 pounds.
    30 mins of cardio + 30 mins of heavy lifting 5x a week; a hike on the weekend.
    I eat about 1400 calories a day, and do not eat back my workout calories.
    I'm losing about 3 lbs a week.

    they set me up at 2300 cals/day, this is considering that the doc only wants me to lose 1/2lb week because of my meds. I have yo-yo dieted my whole life and that is the most EVER, everyone has said such wonderful things about this site (my doc referred it) that I will stick with what they say.

    Goal, whatever. I am happy where I am, I wear size 4's and 6's and small shirts.
    Generally eat at my MFP maintenance calories which is 1810. Right now I either eat exercise calories or leave them on the table to create a small deficit.
    I do Stronglifts 5x5 2 times per week and run and/or play tennis 2-3 times per week.

    2000ish calories a day for around a 600 calorie deficit (aiming for 500 but there are days where I eat over and others under).
