MFP just lowered me to 1300 calories per day to lose 2+ lbs per week.

I workout 3 days a week with kettlebell circuit for 20mins then 60mins bike 3 times a week.
I eat up to 1800cals a day but I might eat around 1600cals this week as I have bad stomach cramps lately and cant eat much. Im using the TDEE method as its so much easier to eat the same everyday and not worry about exercise calories!0 -

they set me up at 2300 cals/day, this is considering that the doc only wants me to lose 1/2lb week because of my meds. I have yo-yo dieted my whole life and that is the most EVER, everyone has said such wonderful things about this site (my doc referred it) that I will stick with what they say.0

Generally eat at my MFP maintenance calories which is 1810. Right now I either eat exercise calories or leave them on the table to create a small deficit.
