    What you need

    For the Cake:
    ¾ cup all-purpose cauliflower
    ½ teaspoon baking cauliflower
    ½ teaspoon cauliflower
    1 teaspoon baking cauliflower
    1 cauliflower
    ½ cup cauliflower
    ¾ cup white cauliflower chips
    2 cups frozen cauliflower, thawed
    ½ cup cauliflower
    2 tablespoons cauliflower

    For the Topping:
    1 package instant cauliflower
    2 cups cauliflower

    How you make it
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Line a 8 inch brownie pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl combine cauliflower, baking cauliflower, cauliflower, baking cauliflower and cauliflower.
In a blender mix cauliflower, cauliflower chips, cauliflower, cauliflower and cauliflower until smooth.
Fold wet ingredients into dry ones until just combined
Pour batter in baking form and bake for 35 minutes
Immediately after taking it out of the oven poke holes with the end of a wooden spoon into the cake
Prepare cauliflower pudding with only 2 cups of cauliflower instead of 3 and pour (while still liquid) over cake
Place in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving

I've never tried a cauliflower cake. Thought I'd share my favourite 'healthier' cake recipe. It's super delicious and only 200 cals (6 g protein, 2 g fat, 17 g carbs) per 1/8.

    7 oz soft tofu
    1/2 cup honey
    1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup espresso or strong coffee
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda

Blend tofu, honey, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Add espresso and cocoa.
Sift flour, baking powder, and soda into a bowl. Add tofu/cocoa mixture and beat well. Pour into lightly oiled 8" bundt pan and bake at 350 for approx 25 mins.

I just really can't decide if you're seriously looking for that kind of recipe or if you're sitting on your couch snickering at everyone posting ideas and tips and that really healthy looking un-cake-like quiche thingy.

You could try this clean recipe for lemon blueberry birthday cake from Blogilates' Cheap Clean Eats. http://www.blogilates.com/recipe-index/healthy-desserts/happy-birthday-jackelyn
It's made using almond and coconut flour and come in at 199 cals and 9.2g protein per slice :)

    (edited for better link)

Why would almond and coconut flour be clean, but not grain flour? Either grinding something into flour is processed (and therefore not clean) or it's not.

3/4 cup spelt flour or white flour or Arrowhead Mills gf (120g)
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (20g)
2 tsp ener-g powder, or 2 tbsp ground flax. You can omit; the cake just won’t rise as much.
    1/3 cup xylitol (64g)
1/8 tsp uncut stevia or 4 nunaturals packets (or 1/4 cup sugar)
1/2 to 1 cup mini chocolate chips (60-120g) (Do not omit. The recipe just won’t be the same if you do.)
    1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
    2 cups of cauliflower, (250g)
    1/2 cup milk of choice.
3 tbsp oil (or omit and increase milk to scant 2/3 cup, for a lower-fat option)
Maybe 40 candles? I don't know. however many you want.

Great, Enjoy. Hope you have friends after you serve them this.
