Hope I can still join; would love to make some progress in August.

Biggest roadblock: Is actually eating.....I can go half the day just drinking a cup of coffee and than at night have something I cook for my kids. These past 5 days have been the most consistent I have been with eating on a regular basis through the whole day and I'vebeen drinking LOTS of water which iI never did before.0 -

Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Well, this month it will be our 10 day vacation at the lake cabin. I'm taking that week off from my "diet". I plan, of course, to eat as well as possible, but will not be logging calories or cooking any separate meals from the rest of the group, so I'll be eating a lot of big breakfasts (pancakes, french toast, etc.), sandwiches (the bread! the coldcuts!), and hearty dinners (mmmmmm, fresh caught pan-fried walleye!)... so it'll be an interesting month. If not for that vacation, my goal weight would be lower for this month.0 -

I'm so happy; this has actually been my first time losing. I only walked a mile once this week and the rest has been do to eating and since it was the TOM last week I didn't think anything would happen; thank god it did.0 -
I'm pretty late joining this month - I couldn't find the thread and was beginning to get quite anxious LOL.
I was worried about going on holiday. I was concerned that I might be a bit OC.
I tracked, I ate what I wanted and had drinks with friends and was pretty chilled. The only think that upset me was tracking after midnight one day and my tracker reset - devastated.

Just for fun: Biggest set back- Alcohol, especially during the summer...I want nice fruity cocktails all the time grrr. But I have substituted them for vodka tonics, which are way lower in calories only 64, so when I feel like having a cocktail that is what I order.0 -
