    Awesome advice. I have followed that pretty closely. Except I haven't wieghed everyday, but from now on, I will. I have managed to stay in the “ in 5 weeks you'll wiegh “ limits. How true that is, well I guess I'll find out. Thank you for the wealth of advice. All I can say is “it's worth the effort “ to see if it will work for me. I workout everyday, try to get a nice long walk in, depending on weather. It gets extremely hot here, around 110 + or -, and that is too hot for a walk. Otherwise I just keep moving somehow.
