I eat processed lunch meat, boxed rice and noodles, white rice and bread and even fast food. :devil:0

I guess I should stop the meats. It's holding me back. I'd look like Arnold if it wasn't for packaged sausage.

I just eat soylent green. High in protein and really helps build muscle.

I eat processed foods. I do all things in moderation. I eat cupcakes. I eat crackers. I eat chips.
The difference for me today from a year ago is that I eat them rarely and the rest of the time eat pretty decently. But I do eat packaged easy to cook foods at night like pasta mixes, etc. I just make sure I'm eating tons of lean protein and fresh fruits and veggies, and the occasional processed food option has not sabotaged my weight loss.0 -
As long as I run- I can eat whatever I want, in moderation.

Not so much the lifting heavy part (I do enough running around and carrying stuff at my job, don't really want to do more at home), but I've gone from 300 lbs to 208 just minding calories and portion sizes without really being clear on what a processed food is and why I should care. As to deli meats specifically, totally, roll up some applewood smoked turkey with some bbq chicken, nice little snack with about 120-140 calories (can't remember right of my head, but most of the meats I eat go between 60-70 for every 2 oz serving).0
