    today -

    3 large banana nut pancakes, with pecan syrup and 3 pats butter, powdered sugar, bowl of whip cream to dip it, 3 sausage links, hash brown potatos, 2 cups milk, 1 coffee with 3 creamers.

    IN MY DREAMS!! ;)

  • I ate oatmeal porridge with 1/2 banana, 1/4 raw apple and 20g raisins and 1/4 cup 2% milk. I also had 2 mugs coffee with 2% milk, 1 egg with 1/8 tsp butter and 1 med sized home grown heritage tomato with a sprinkle of salt and 2 tbsp plain Kefir. On a 600-700 calorie breakfast with an overall daily caloric intake of 1300, in the past month I have lost 5.5 lbs and I still occasionally drank a glass of red wine, ate ice cream, and chocolate and ate in restaurants. It's the big big breakfast that is the key, as it curbs appetite for the rest of the day. Try it! It works! :happy: (ok, I have been trying to get more exercise, so walking more too! but that's it!)

    after working out and a 16 hour fast I had 8 pieces of thick cut bacon and 3 scrambled eggs made in the bacon grease

    I woke up way early (5am) and so ate lighter than usual.
    -1/2 grapefruit
    - 1 egg
    - coffee with heavy cream.
  • Kashi cereals. There isn't one I don't like. My junk food loving husband even likes it.

    Same thing every morning......

    100 calorie toasted wheat sandwich thin with 1/2 tablespoon of homemade cilantro hummus spread on each side. On top of that I put a slice or two of sliced deli ham. I also make a large pan of no crust caramelized onion, spinach egg bake every Sunday for the week. I cut that into 6 slices for the week. These two together keep me full until lunch.

    Protein smoothie w/flaxseed, kale, pineapple, banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, freshly grated ginger root and almond milk. (Total of 1 of cup fruit)

    equals about 325 calories

    Hot cereal made with rolled oats and TVP, carob powder, cinnamon, 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter and half a banana.

    Coffee with coconut milk creamer and SF vanilla syrup.
  • Two Sargento Colby Jack Cheese Sticks & a Powerade Zero Mixed berry. Low in Calories; good amount of fat and protein. Zero Carbohydrates.
    Ideal for Keto dieting, and it keeps you full to lunch.
  • Bacon and two fried eggs. Unusual for me (usually I eat cheese or coffee only), but the bacon was calling to me at the store last week.

    It was yummy!

    I didn't eat:) I feel like I want to eat all day if I eat breakfast, if I don't I'm a lot less hungry the rest of the day!

    edit: unless you want to call my snack at 9:30 (coffee time at work) breakfast:)

    Usually not hungry in the morning, but I know it's essential to eat something.

    Today I had coffee and vanilla Yopa! Greek yogurt, usually coffee and granola bar or nutrigrain bar.

    Breakfast today was in the car, and included many things from my bag that were intended for lunch. I started with:

    1 Raspberry light and fit yogurt
    1 cup Cheerios
    The plan was for that to be all I had for breakfast. By the time I got to work I had also eaten:

    1 Frigo light Cheese stick
    1 1oz box of Sun Maid Raisins
    20 Special K sea salt cracker chips
    1/2 cup Snap Peas
    1 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Bliss

    Sigh, it is going to be a long day! :tongue:

    I think you should replace the almond milk with regular full fat milk and perhaps eat an egg with it.
