9/2 - 7.5 miles. Hot, but at least it was cloudy today.

9/8 - 4 miles and mowed for 30 minutes.

9/11 - 3.9 miles. Hmmm. I think I need to reverse the current trend.

9/20 - Last two days were not good days for me, Knee gave out on me on the way into the post-op visit and has been pretty sore. Got on today though after resting for a while and rode for 10 min. @ 70 rpm. Felt great probably could have gone longer but don't want to push it yet. Will get on in AM though. Hope everyone else is doing well also.
