Total weight lost: 0.6. It is big for me that I am in a stable range. Now to keep upping my miles per week to bring it down again.
Just for fun: What is your favorite fall exercise? Running. Which for me is irregular intervals - mixing walking and running to keep my heart rate regular and giving recovery periods in the middle of the run/walk. **9/5 - I have been training my boxer pup to eventually become my running partner. I took her for a 2 mile walk last night. Biggest problem is when she wants to take a break and I'm still walking!
