Just for fun: What is your favorite fall exercise? Running. Which for me is irregular intervals - mixing walking and running to keep my heart rate regular and giving recovery periods in the middle of the run/walk. **9/5 - I have been training my boxer pup to eventually become my running partner. I took her for a 2 mile walk last night. Biggest problem is when she wants to take a break and I'm still walking!

I'm currently listening to Leigh Peele's podcast. She has a great episode about the scale loss. One of the things she said was that the weight you drop in the first week is like a loan - you drop water weight, which you then have to repay in fat. The weigh in days doesn't reflect this, but the "lowest number of the week" is dropping in small increments and small, slow progress is (I hope) being made!0 -
