Both very good sources of iron.

Tuna salad with light mayo, bell Peppers, onions , topped with tomato on toasted wheat bread, then drizzled with a nice balsamic. Also had a few fat free potato chips with a tad of French onion Greek yogurt. Tasty!0

Lucky to work near a business that offers an awesome salad bar! BIG salad with spinach, field greens, etc, chicken, feta and all sorts of veggies. Balsamic vinagrette. YUM!0

I had "Spanish potato soup". It's made with onions, potatoes, garlic, tomatoes and seasoned with bay leaves, thyme and paprika. Pretty yummy! I love making soups to take to work

Deli chicken, sharp cheddar, and spinach roll in a flour tortilla; gargantuan mug of coffee. I just switched to working late evenings/nights so this "lunch" is technically my breakfast.0

Egg salad sandwich made with light mayo on a wheat tortilla, raw green bell pepper, raw cauliflower, a Tbs of roasted garlic hummus, and a big old glass of water with lemon! I could eat egg salad every day of my life I think. lol0
