Great job! I love how in a person's orginal pic they look doom and gloom. Then as we lose weight and start gaining muscle and feeling better about ourselves, our whole persona changes to a proud and in charge!
BTW...Where do we buy tickets to the gun show? hehe Seriously, though...you have great muscles...congrats on all your hard work...it's paying off.0 -

Damn son, damn!
After looking at your diary, you don't eat much at all. Is there a reason you are on a VLCD or do you just not track everything?0 -
Wow amazing transformation!!!! You must feel fantastic!!!!0
-
well done.. show the lads how its done0
-
Great job, you look great0
-
i'm not great about tracking, i'm usually around 1200. I try to eat really filling healthy low calorie foods...so like i'll eat oatmeal for breakfast, fruit for snack, soup for lunch, a really large salad w\like grilled chicken and vegetables (there's a salad market by my house so i'll eat like a 1lb salad..so idk how to track it, i estimate it at like 600 calories when i log it) and then i always drink a protein shake after lifting, etc...
so i feel like i eat alot, and am really full..but it's usually 1200-1400 calories, bc i won't eat if i'm not hungry, but i feel like i eat alot, just i choose low calories items like watermelon, soup, vegetables, etc..0
