    I don't really have a recipe, I have never tried to cook or bake anything with pumpkin but I like pumpkin muffins lol

    Favorite pumpkin recipe is Greek yogurt, pumpkin, truvia, cinnamon, maple syrup, and raw oatmeal, tastes like pie!

    Just for fun: What is your favorite Pumpkin recipe that will help reduce temptations for non healthy treats? Low-fat pumpkin muffins. Take boxed spice cake mix, add a can (15 oz.) of pumpkin, 3/4 cup of water. Bake. Best muffins ever. I add choc. chips to some for the kids.

    Not sure if I can lose 5 pounds, I've been struggling to lose 2 or 3 per month, but I'll try :)

    I don't like pumpkin anything... hopefully a few dark chocolate covered almonds will help with the temptations of other sweets. My sweet tooth isn't too big (most of the time)... my main problem is food.

    I have hypothyroidism, so I lose super slow, but I'm determined this time to make this weight loss thing stick for real!! As for the person above me, I'm sure you're determined enough to not blow your diet too bad, but it is vacation right? Don't limit too much :) Have fun!

    My favorite Pumpkin recipe is Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies. Calories per cookie isn't horrible. The horrible part is they are so good! I end up eating like 5!!!

    I have been struggling this past year loosing 5 lbs and gaining it back. I walk a lot during the day but defiantly need to excercise more (joining a gym tonight!). My biggest downfall is going out with my friend or boyfriend when everyone is having cocktails and foods such as nachos, chicken fingers, etc. or afterwork! Any one have good suggestions on how to survive that? I have a trip coming up and my 30th birthday 4 months away and want to look and feel my best for that!

    I always weigh in on Mondays so I can try to keep on tract for the weekends. (Doesn't seem to always work tho)

    I have a few nights out booked this month, and i am really not good at weekends so am going to try my best, will be really happy if i can lose 5lb in October. I weigh on a Friday so will add weights then.
