    it will be this today:

    Creamy Chicken Soup

1 can of Corn with liquid
1 can of Black Beans -drained and rinsed
1 can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies with liquid
1 package Ranch - Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix (Dry Powder)
    1 onion - diced
    1 tsp Chili powder
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (roughly 12 oz)
    8 oz Cream Cheese
Chicken Stock to thin out if it gets too thick

Put all in the crockpot with the cream chese on top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours... then enjoy. :)

OMG, this sounds like heaven, I am going to have to try it! I just need to find someone that likes soups that will split it with me... The kids do not do any soups other than ham & potato.

In the Crockpot on low 6-8 hours goes:

One bag Orida hash browns (I used the diced hash browns)
    32 oz. of chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
    ½ cup diced onion
    Pepper to taste

One hour before serving add 1 package of philly cream cheese to melt

Add-ins/Toppings: shredded cheese, bacon, ham, diced green onion or anything else that sounds yummy

Country-style pork ribs seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Then covered with Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce. They smell so good!

Just got back from the deer hunt on Sunday so, of course, that's what's going in the crock pot.

Cubed venison, carrots, onions, potatoes and seasoned to taste.
Be sure to cover fully with water, if venison dries out its not good!
    Love it!

I Love, love, LOVE my crockpot!. My go-to standby is lean brisket with a large chopped onion, salt, pepper, 1-2 TBS kitchen bouquet (it's in the isle with gravy starters and bullion) and 1/4 cup water. It is so easy and it is my husband's favorite!

Another variation is to use aged balsamic vinegar and a splash of red wine instead of kitchen bouquet. Aged balsamic is the key. So good!

Right now, just some chicken breast and chicken broth. When it's closer to being finished, I'm going to shred it and mix it with Sriracha BBQ sauce:

1 28 oz can diced tomato in liquid
2 russet potatoes cut into cubes
    half head cabbage diced
1 red onion in bite sized pieces and sauteed first
half an eggplant with skin diced, sauteed with onion first
