First time in a group! But I am in. Hoping to lose a bit more than 5 pounds but will be happy with any lost.. I have hit a major plateau and lack of motivation I have my first appointment to look at wedding dresses Nov 2 and REFUSE to not be happy with the way I look for my wedding!!!

Just for fun: I don't really eat a lot of pumpkin, but I do eat bananas, apples and fruit and nut granola bars at work for snacks.0 -
So I started back in February and I was on track, lost 23 lbs. I feel off the wagon and maintained my weight for a few months for the most part. I stopped my BC and gained 3 lbs instantly. Not that big of a deal. However, I've noticed that while I know I'm not skinny, I'm getting squishier since I've stopped working out. I'm back now and ready to go. My birthday is November 2nd and would love to hit the 140's permanently since I was only there for a short period of time.

I'm going to try to lose 5 but I have doubts....this worked great for me over several months but as I'm in my "home stretch" my loss has slowed down to about a pound a week and I wonder if I'm able to lose 5 lbs in a month but I will try!0 -

I really don't eat Pumpkin-anything much, but if I had to think of an idea then maybe Pumpkin, butternut squash and carrot soup? A nice cup of that with meals would definitely fill you up and stop after meal snacking!

My favorite pumpkin recipe will probably not be good for the challenge but I will probably indulge here & there. One box spice cake mix, one bag Enjoy Life Vegan Chocolate Chips, one 15 oz can of pumpkin. Blend all together and use a cookie scoop to drop mounds on a cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes - the cookies will appear wet but are really just very moist and yummy!0 -
