    Not sure if i can lose 5 lbs, but i need i'd like to stir things up a bit. I'm in and I'll post weight tomorrow.

    Just for fun: What is your favorite Pumpkin recipe that will help reduce temptations for non healthy treats? I don't have any pumpkin recipes, but tomorrow I'm making chocolate cake with egg whites and apple sauce, throw in half a Reese peanut butter cup and 1 tsp of cream cheese frosty makes a tasty birthday cupcake for the husband.

    @DecemberWedding is so right: the closer you get the slower it drops and the harder it gets!!
    I've also upped my daily intake, creeping closer to maintenance calories - that helped to shake things up last month - and maybe contributed to the .2lbs gain.

    Off to Pilates and the gym. Have a fun day every-one.

    Before now, I was a HUGE advocate for DQ's Pumpkin Pie Blizzards. :embarassed: Now, I'll replace that with a Body by Vi Pumpkin Pie Shake (for those of you who do this): Shake mix, canned pumpkin, almond milk, graham cracker crumbs, & pumpkin pie spice. It's a meal replacement, but it is SO GOOD & definitely kicks your pumpkin craving!

    For anyone who is interested, I have been using a really good website to get healthy meals. It's a blog by a woman named Gina and her turkey chili taco soup that I tried last night is DELICIOUS!!

    whoever created this group is awesome because i woke up this morning feeling like this is my chance to start a new and start over. my goal for October is 10 lbs not 5 , it is possible with the way that i workout out and what i am going to be eating. in all i want to lose 10 lbs this month, in December, and in January in hopes for my birthday.
