whoever created this group is awesome because i woke up this morning feeling like this is my chance to start a new and start over. my goal for October is 10 lbs not 5 , it is possible with the way that i workout out and what i am going to be eating. in all i want to lose 10 lbs this month, in December, and in January in hopes for my birthday.

Don't have any super skinny pumpkin recipes but I like to make 3 -ingredient pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Can of pumpkin, box of spice cake mix, chocolate chips. =] So good!0 -

Pumpkin Recipes: Love it! Pumpkin Smoothie: 1/3 c pumpkin, 1 banana, 1 c almond milk (unsweetened vanilla), cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 tsp brown sugar (if you want it sweeter) - top up with water or ice, and blend. Yum!

My favorite pumpkin recipe will probably not be good for the challenge but I will probably indulge here & there. One box spice cake mix, one bag Enjoy Life Vegan Chocolate Chips, one 15 oz can of pumpkin. Blend all together and use a cookie scoop to drop mounds on a cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes - the cookies will appear wet but are really just very moist and yummy!
