Just for fun: no pumpkin recipes...but I did find some Kemps cookies and cream frozen yogurt that is heavenly!! 1/2 cup of it with a banana sliced into it definitely a wonderful treat after a day of eating healthy and exercising!!0 -

I've found it best to just stay away from all baked goods cause they set me off no matter how healthy the treat might be.0 -

it is Baked banana and pumpkin oatmeal.I just baked some and have it ready for tomorrows breakfast when I will just reheat it in Microwave and add a little milk to bowl.
