 I'm coming off a couple of injuries which have left me fairly immobile for last 2 years. Super excited to finally be getting back into doing exercise, even if its only hydrotherapy for now, but hoping to be able to walk again properly by the end of the month. Really hoping to start to turn around all the weight gain from this time.

 Just for fun: What is your favorite Pumpkin recipe that will help reduce temptations for non healthy treats?
 I LOVEEEE the pumpkin cupcakes recipe I learned off of "Hungry Girl". She has a bunch of recipes for delicious foods that won't hurt your diet/health! It's basically a regular box cake mix, but instead of adding the eggs/ butter/ oil, you simply add in pure pumpkin and it works! The cupcakes come out so moist and delicious , and all for a minimum amount of calories.                        0 , and all for a minimum amount of calories.                        0

 Just for fun: no pumpkin recipes...but I did find some Kemps cookies and cream frozen yogurt that is heavenly!! 1/2 cup of it with a banana sliced into it definitely a wonderful treat after a day of eating healthy and exercising!!0
