Didn't think I would ever like this recipe and although I hated the smell that came out of the crockpot I really really enjoyed it.

    Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken
    (4-5 servings)
•2-3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    •1/2 cup white sugar
    •1/2 cup vinegar
    •3 garlic cloves, minced
    •2 Tablespoons soy sauce
•1/2 cup of pineapple juice (use what’s in the can)
    • 1/2 can of large pineapple chunks

Add all the ingredients to the bag. Cook 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low. Serve it over rice and enjoy.

I've gotten about 30 different crockpot recipes from this website and I love it. You can basically prepare all of these meals in one day and put in a ziploc freezer bag and just dump it in the crockpot the day of.

I have been crock obsessed lately!

Sunday night I made chicken taco soup
Tuesday I made french dips, cooking the meat in the crock while I was at work
Today I am making chicken and stuffing

I really need multiple crocks just to make everything I want!

I made this one a few weekends ago when we had friends over. It seemed to go over well with everyone. I lightened it up with using skim milk, 98% ff cream of whatever soup, 2% light cheese, and brummel and brown instead of butter.

    Cheddar Chicken
    Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup milk
    2 cups stuffing mix
    1/2 cup butter, melted

    Directions:

    1. Lightly grease Crock Pot or spray with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in pot. Top with cheese.

    2. Combine soup and milk, stirring well. Spoon over cheese; then sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix.

    3. Cook on low 8 to 9 hours or high 4 to 6 hours.

So many awesome recipes - gotta use my crock pot more often!!

Here's one of our favorite fall recipies:

    Turkey Breast with Cranberries

    1 Turkey Breast
15 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    1. Place turkey in crock pot
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey
    3. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Have made this twice for Thanksgiving. Also made with cubed sweet potatoes in the bottom. Yum!

    Oh my gosh. Yum!!

I made the chicken tacos today! SOOOOOO good! Everyone at work loved them! I added corn and black bean salsa and hot sauce to my chicken. Gave it a nice little kick! At mine on lettuce wraps. Awesome low cal meal!
