^^^ this is not a typical weight loss for me. i had some longer workouts this week because a friend was coming in to town for the weekend. i knew we were going out to eat and drinks so i worked for it. i didn't want to have to worry about what i chose to eat.0

It is October 7, but I think I want to start today. I'm not sure how to bring up the format I see others using for weight & weigh in days. I haven't been able to stick to a diet for more than a week in a long time. Not sure why.0
