 Just for fun: What is your favorite Pumpkin recipe that will help reduce temptations for non healthy treats? Hmmm...I don't really know any healthy pumpkin recipes. Just sweet stuff. Like pumpkin cheesecake. I guess I'll just learn from everybody else's recipes.

 Goal Weight for October: 142 lbs. I know . . . it's a lose 5 lb. group - but this is a warm, supportive group and so it's OK that I'm aiming for 2.5 lbs.

            I lost three pounds last month... hopefully I can lose 4 this month, it's getting HARDER and HARDER the closer I get to my goal. I'm THINKING my ultimate goal will be 110.

 Nonononono =( ok I give the TDEE -20% one more week before switching back to a lower cal intake (around 1300) because it's really hard for me to eat that much cal and it doesn't seem to help me since I do not lose weight, feel bloated and think more about binges...0

 My favorite pumpkin recipe is a pumpkin roll... or something easy and yummy is pumpkin cookies (a box of spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin... mix together and cook 8 to 15 mins)0

            ^^^ this is not a typical weight loss for me. i had some longer workouts this week because a friend was coming in to town for the weekend. i knew we were going out to eat and drinks so i worked for it. i didn't want to have to worry about what i chose to eat.0
