    it is the right size for me personally and have come to realise that's all that matters (and that I am in perfect health, which I am lucky enough to enjoy).

    This statement should be the 1st thing people see logging into the site, it should be made into cross-stitch hangings, it should be posted in the locker rooms of every gym on the face of the earth (translated into the appropriate languages), it should be published in every fitness journal or magazine that exists & given to every person who wonders why they should take care of themselves......
