    I'm in for 450 minutes a week in October

    Week # 1 -- 09/30 - 10/06 -- Goal 450 minutes: 459 actual minutes...made it by 9 minutes !!! a good week!
    Week #2 -- 10/07 - 10/13 -- Goal 450 minutes: 481 actual minutes... over by 31! another good week!
    Week #3 -- 10/14 - 10/20 -- Goal 450 minutes:

    Is it too late to join this group? It's been my goal to make at least 230-300mins every week. So far I've been doing it. I won't lie it's a struggle some nights, but I read a book by Dr. Phil where he says the only way to successfully lose weight is to exercise 300 mins every week. So, that's my goal every week, but so I don't beat myself up if for some reason I don't make it...I give myself a small buffer.
