    Is it too late to join this group? It's been my goal to make at least 230-300mins every week. So far I've been doing it. I won't lie it's a struggle some nights, but I read a book by Dr. Phil where he says the only way to successfully lose weight is to exercise 300 mins every week. So, that's my goal every week, but so I don't beat myself up if for some reason I don't make it...I give myself a small buffer.
    Feel free to jump right in any time of the month. The week starts on Mondays! Welcome and keep up the good work and please remember also exericse is good to maintain weight loss too.
