I had a baby two and a half years ago and pre-pregnancy fluctuated from 125-130 lbs.
I'm not looking to lose weight if I gain muscle. I definitely want to tighten up my stomach and bum the most!
Eating 1300 calories, except on days when I workout, in which case an extra 100 or 200 calories.
I'm doing the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge, which has been very doable for my fit level (not great!) and running (with two 60 minute walking intervals) a mile and a half. If I can't run on a day I'm "supposed to" according the the challenge (I'm sometimes home alone with the baby for 24 hours), I will do the workout I did the day before. I do something at least 6 days a week. The workout days are hard to track, but on days I run I burn around 300-400.0 -

I eat (now) 2100 caloires a day, i alternate high protein and high carb days to curb cravings! Im not looking to lose weight, Im hoping to maintain but I know eventually ill gain as my body has to work damn hard to stay at this weight. My body always finds 154 lbs eventually and doesnt like to budge! Im not fat at that weight, you just cant see my bones!0 -

Diary is at a tad over 1200 but + exercise = 1700/day to loose. Usually maintain 131-132, went down to 126 for a vacation in Maui/Kauai in July 2012.
Started working full time again Sep 2012 and been steadily gaining every since, really picked up though in the last three months. Also went on a different BC.
Another vacation July 2013, have 10 weeks to loose about 10lbs!0 -

Hi, I'm 25, 5'8 and currently weigh 145 pounds (uk dress size 10 top and 12 bottom).
I started at 155 pounds and have been losing weight quite slowly. My aim is to 140pounds (eventually 136 to give me a bit of leeway) and a UK dress size 10. I exercise 4-5 times a week and burn between 300-600 calories depending on the day. My aim is 1200 cals and I usually eat back the majority of my exercise calories unless I'm saving them for a meal out or a special occasion.0 -

I don't think I burn anything because I don't know where to start with exercise except for walking a little bit a day..my calories are around 900 a day. My goal is to lose 40lbs by my birthday (November). I know that 40lbs may not be healthy for my body type. I have very big hips and carry most of my weight on my hips. I don't want to look super skinny. And I've accepted I will never be 120 ever. And I know I'm a big girl and I just want to look healthy and feel good in my skin.0 -

I should add that I burn around 2000 a day normally 2700 on Zumba days ;-)0

1600 cal per day, normally eat less. Don't look at this last week, tho.
I don't track exercise cals since I don't want to eat them back. Plus I don't seriously exercise. I walk now and then and that is about it.
I need to start exercising to tone up, but can't get motivated to do that.
We have a vacation planned for Nov. 2013 and I dont' want to go fat.0 -

i am 31 years old 5' 7" and i seen you say that you would like to be a size size but you dont know what you should weigh ... well what size 6 are you talking about .. dress size? pant size? even at my thinnest about 145 i still wore size 9 pants but i would wear a dress size 6 so if you cant get down to that particular size (well hopefully you can) dont worry too much because that is really pushing the boundary between being normal weight and being under weight0

My height is 5 ft. 8. I weight 179 and my goal is a healthy 145. When I was 35, I weighed about 135 and that looked good. Now, I get a bird face at that weight. It depends on your build. I wear a size 9 or 10 shoe and have large wrists, which says I am at least Med to Large build. I throw that in the mix , I know people who say they are large built , but underneath, they really aren't. I am not one of those people. I also added the 10 pounds, because I have more muscle now that I lift weights. Good luck to you.0

26 years old, 5,7" tall, 147 pounds, I eat around the 1200-1300 kcal a day.
My first goal is losing weight and after this getting toned (but than I will change my calorie intake to 1600/1700).
