I love this thread. I got a bit of back fat and usually are covered up by my bra so no one can see it, but eh you know it's still there. But this is inspiring!0

I'm not done losing weight yet and sadly didn't take pictures of my back at the beginning. Anyway, I started taking back pictures when I participated in a 10 week challenge.
1st Pic - July 19, 2013 : 183.4lbs
2nd Pic - Sept 27, 2013 : 169.6lbs

It will happen!
I had "boobs in the back" for YEARS, reallllllly bad. And now I'm still at about 216 lb but it looks like the before photos on all of these much thinner women, which for me is totally awesome progress. :-)
I remember one day when I was at about 240 lb (down from originally 307) I looked at myself in a mirror at work randomly and my side view included a flat back and I was so shocked, happily.0 -
Back around 205:
This morning at 169:
Omg wow!! You look great. Mind giving any tips on how you managed to get rid of back fat?0 -
Thanks OP for starting this thread. I didn't know how much I needed inspiration in this department until I scrolled through the posts. & thanks to everyone who put up their pics. :flowerforyou: Great job!
I've still got my back fat though I'm 35lbs down since Oct last year but I don't need my bra extension straps any more so definitely some progress there even though there doesn't seem to be.0 -

Aftere photo taken this morning Left I must have been around 176lb-178lb Now I am 167lb! It is amazing what only 10lb's loss can do, which is why you should always take measurements too xx0 -
This thread makes me happy as well. Besides my stomach after having my son, my back is my most troublesome place. You ladies look amazing! I hope I can get a nice back after I start lifting heavy.OMG this thread makes me happy cos I swear my bat fat ain't moving ;(
Mine was one of the last places to really start seeing a decrease. Shaun T. is really good at helping that back fat, I follow his nutrition guide for Focus T25, on my 2nd round.
This photo really shows how much from day 1 of alpha to the last day of beta did for my back
Just a side note, your arms have more definition as well! I know I've said it before, but you look awesome!0 -
bump. Yall are doing great!!!0
