Seven Pounds with Will Smith. That movie left me feeling traumatized. Took me about 40 minutes to get myself together after watching it.

    Witch Board

I wouldn't even walk in the dark house by myself after that one. An oldie. Late 80's early 90's, I think.

    'Irreversible'
The one and only film that i was very close to turning off because i couldnt stomach it, watching it feels like an ordeal in itself. The film is known for 'that rape scene', which seems to go on forever. Btw I thought the human centipede was quite comical and a bit lame, nowhere near as disturbing as Irreversible.

Agree! Irreversible was quite disturbing- I think the head-bashing scene was one of the most vicious beatings I've ever seen. I was shaken for weeks...

Not really for life but i still think about it. Jaws on VHS. Its the only video my grade 3 friend wanted to watch back then. The whole series watched over and over again.

Was already freaked out by submarines now sharks. GAH!! Having a shower by myself was a fricken nightmare.

Now though as an adult, nothing really, usually war movies now like saving private ryan is an eye opener.
