A movie called Teeth. I don't even wanna talk about it. OMG.

That movie was playing over and over on whatever channel I had on last night. I kept waking up during different parts of it and thinking, "wtf is going on in this movie?" I have set it to record the next time it plays so I can figure it out.

I actually watched this movie.... very disturbing.....

For me it was Nekromantic... it was a german film and it was just... i should have known.. but it was an art film and they really tried to add beauty and relevance to this subject matter.. movies that make you think eh?

Grew up in the islands, so for me, swimming out at sea, targeting lagoons/lagoon pools to swim to and from, as our lead game of choice, believing superstition and deeming sea creatures as friendlies was my norm, without an iota of caution until => http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMl6t3UYvu8 which was introduced by my late Father, as his mode of choice, to get it through to us (at the ages of 6,7) that the friendly, is a predator by nature; When it's hungry or is agitated turning aggressive, there is no room for a smidgeon of the Old Ways, Manner & Regard, that we are One.

Now - I still would and still will, only more measured.

    ETA: Jaws

    The Exorcist.

Something about the way she walked down the stairs backwards, her head spinning 360, her possessed voice, the jerky movements she had... nightmares for days.

    A Serbian Film.

It was terribly gross. Newborn porn? I mean, really?

    The Exorcist!

    Seriously love this movie though!

I'm not a big horror fan, but here is a few that really got me.

Dolls, I will not go into a room with porcelain dolls around still to this day. My cousin by marriage, her mom makes those type of dolls and I get creeped out when I visit. lol

Hostel, I got about halfway through, nope could not finish watching it. I had nightmares of peoples eyes being plucked out for weeks, so disguising!

IT, did not make me afraid of clowns, but sewers. for years I would walk round and never on a sewer grate, because I was scared either something would grab me or would fall in.

I'm pretty sure ARACHNAPHOBIA is the reason I sleep with spider killer next to my bed, I scan every inch of the shower before getting in, and freak out/panic when I spot one! Thanks mom and dad for allowing me to watch that as a child...

The Phantom of the Opera. A friend of mine said it was her most favorite movie ever and made me watch it. Longest 16 hours of my life. So boring. And all that singing. Ugh.

I don't like scary movies that have a religious aspect to them...I dunno...they just creep me out,,especially when there is church music. The Omen still gives me nightmares.

I also don't like movies that could happen. Silence of the Lambs...NO. Stupid stuff that's just gory doesn't scare me at all. I can watch Nightmare on Elm St. and go to sleep right after.

I watch the Omen and I need a marathon of Disney cartoons before I turn the lights off.
