    Pic on the left is from last week at 185 pounds, and the one on the right is from 2009 at 235 pounds! From 2009 to now I've dropped over 50 pounds. My weight has gone up and down, but I will get to my goal of 160 pounds!

    I still have a very long way to go. I was about 210 in the left and I took the one on the right on Friday, i'm at 188. I've lost 24 pounds!
