some time 2006 around 345 lbs, i was around this weight up and down until around 2009
now +/- 210 and a lot more active lol0 -

Does everyone notice how a majority of the "before" pictures with people at their highest weights reflect their unhappiness in that they are not taking care of themselves? Unkempt or mundane hairstyles, clothes that don't look good with unflattering patterns, poor shapes, and ill fitting (because it is hard to find anything to look good in). Some poeple look harried, exhausted, poor health and out of control and not taking care of themselves.
. And then........something personal motivates them to take control of their lives, really put in the effort, and SUCCEED.....and it really shows in the "after pictures"! Beautiful fashionable clothes, new hairstyles, flattering makeup, healthier and fit bodies, but the most warming thing is everyone's glowing smile!!!!! Thank you all for your inspiration, and congratulations to all of you in your success!0 -

Here we go... This is my before (260ish but started MFP in August at 243) and during (216)...right now my goal is 180, but I think I will reset it once I reach that. Love MFP and the supportive community!

i'm down 70 lbs so far!! i'm not to my goal yet. i want to get to 160 lbs but i've been on a plateau for over a month now. i'm hoping i'll get there. i started january 8th 2013. i was a size 17/18 and i'm down to a size 7/8.

The first photo was taken sometime last year. I stuck at about this weight until the beginning of July of this year when i joined MFP and started the journey of living the healthy lifestyle and have stuck with it so far. Working out 5 days a week and really being honest with logging everything i consume. I feel a ton better, i've gotten a lot of attention and compliments i haven't expected, and am loving catching women looking at me now a days.
Before pic im @ ~190lb 23% Body fat
Pic from this week im @ ~168lb 13% Body fat.
Goal is to get to ~160lbs and between 8-10% body fat.
Forewaring that the recent pic, the shot goes pretty low, almost to my privates, so if ur afraid to see a lil v-line action, please turn away ur attention.
