I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes at a good pace... hard for me to get motivated to do but stuck with it and enjoyed it!!0

I said no to an iced cream filled donut and a white chocolate mocha this morning and had black coffee and a greek yogurt instead. It was a big WIN!0

for yesterday.....I was hungry and had a bowl of chocolate cheerios, and then I wanted to eat more, but I told myself to sit down. and I did
and then I did the 30 day shred
and then Today I got up and ate a healthy breakfast0 -
I'm proud that I just finished my workout instead of finding an excuse to wimp out on it Did Turbo Jam Cardio Party. woot!0

Twice is one day is a record but I must share this. So I decided to go into town with my daughter for some bonding time. I knew we would lunch out, most likely at Subway. So I went online to find out what their lowest fat subs were and what the calorie count was for the sandwich before we left home. So, I had a plan on what I was going to eat. While in town, a guy was giving out a voucher for McDonalds, giving a significant discount for a burger and fries. I sat on the bench and was debating should I have the McDonalds, as it would be cheaper than a subway. My daughter, bless her, aged 11 years, said to me: "Mom, what would be the best thing for you?" I responded, the low fat sub of course - and in that moment, I decided I was not going to consider the money, but myself, and bought the sub I had planned on buying. A very small victory for me, thanks to my daughter's support, but each little victory, is important in the great big scheme of things0

Today Im proud because I made a decision to eat a WW Smart Ones Frozen meal for lunch and it was horrible.
I had the Portobello Mushroom Fajita ... It tastes like water logged DIRT ... So naturally I wanted to go the CAFE at Work and grab something else to eat ... But instead I ate my little 300 cal lunch and drunk 20 oz of water ... Got up from my desk and walked around for a minute and WHATTA KNOW ... I was full!!!
And still have about 720 cals left for dinner ... (grilled chicken breast, baked sweet potato, & some stir fried california blend veggies).... about 500 cal total ... So I can still eat an apple or tangerine if I want to!
I feel great today (despite being under some serious stress) ... Thanks for asking ... and congrats to you all!

Four weeks ago I could barely do a burpee w/out dying or compromising my form...yesterday I did a little over 50 burpees. Sure, I felt like dying but at that moment I would have died with a smile on my face.0

I'm very pleased with my attitude in working out, instead of grunting and griping and wishing the working out was over, today as I was working hard (raking leaves and a LOT of them), I purposed in my heart to think about good things, things I'm grateful to God about, results and the workout was over faster than I imagined.0

I logged food all 7 days this week, I think for the first time since I joined
I met my goal for calories 5 days out of 7, averaging 1,590 kcal
I met my goal for fiber 4 days out of 7, averaging 28.5 grams
I met my goal for sodium 4 days out of 7, averaging 2,464 mg
I lost 3.2 pounds!0 -
Run my 2nd 5k in 3 weeks (Took my first step into running 4 weeks ago) 2mins17secs faster than my first!!0

I haven't smoked, haven't had any sugar and only 1 coffee all day. For a chain smoking, coffee swigging sugar junkie like me that is amazing! Bursting with energy and love for myself right now...I can't ever remember that happening before!
Some really inspirational posts on here - well done everyone. Just being on here and reading about all your achievements spurs me on to achieve my goals. So nice to know I'm not alone and to see how successful you're all being!0 -

I am so proud of myself. Conquered Carraba's, Bonefish Grill, and The Cheesecake Factory all in one weekend and lost 5 lbs. this week!!!! Pretty good for a foodaholic................and I didn't feel deprived AND I actually enjoyed the "on-Plan" foods I did eat. Success is soooo sweet (and that, my friends, tastes better than any dessert, even Cheesecake)!!0

Today I have on pair of black slacks, misses size 16. Before I started my program in February 2013, I was wearing plus size 20. I am very excited. I was having my old clothes altered as much as they could be, but had to finally break down this past weekend and go shopping for new work clothes. I was pleasantly surprised!!0

I actually started today and stuck with it even though the family decided it would be good to go out for dinner this evening. Had a chicken salad with no dressing and said no to dessert. Feeling good. Really hope to keep to it.0

wanted a rest day, decided to go for a walk, and before I was out of the locker room, I was talked into doing a TRX class instead. And I gave it my all!0

I ran 6.34 Miles on Sunday in 59:09 as part of a marathon relay team. Fastest mile in high school was 15 minutes.0

I've avoided the office candy jar for 5 days! longest ever! I'm not going to let candy win. And I also am not that freaked out about it. Looked inside the pumpkin today and saw some of my favorites..and just kept on walking. I'm challenging myself to go without candy at the office for the next 4 weeks.0

I ran outside for the first time today, total of two miles and I completed my first week of C25K all before lunch! :laugh:0

Great back workout, grip strength didn't let me down, was doing benched dumbell rows with 50kg 3x8. Also deadlift felt better, added 10 kilos. Concidering my back workout were terrible for last month, im really pround of mylesf!0

Went to Hothead Burritos yesterday and only ate half of my chicken burrito bowl. Means I have lunch today and I didn't totally stuff myself last night.0

I am proud of the fact that I did eat a healthy dinner last night. I went from 5 am to 7 pm without eating anything because I did not think to take a lunch with me, I'm used to eating out and all. Sadly going that long can be a trigger and it is hard for me to eat again after that long period of not eating.0

I lost 2 pounds last week in spite of my wife trying to sabotage me by offering me donuts, brownies, candy, and having junk food around the house 24/7!0
