Here we go... This is my before (260ish but started MFP in August at 243) and during (216)...right now my goal is 180, but I think I will reset it once I reach that. Love MFP and the supportive community!

i'm down 70 lbs so far!! i'm not to my goal yet. i want to get to 160 lbs but i've been on a plateau for over a month now. i'm hoping i'll get there. i started january 8th 2013. i was a size 17/18 and i'm down to a size 7/8.

The first photo was taken sometime last year. I stuck at about this weight until the beginning of July of this year when i joined MFP and started the journey of living the healthy lifestyle and have stuck with it so far. Working out 5 days a week and really being honest with logging everything i consume. I feel a ton better, i've gotten a lot of attention and compliments i haven't expected, and am loving catching women looking at me now a days.

Pic from this week im @ ~168lb 13% Body fat.
Goal is to get to ~160lbs and between 8-10% body fat.
Forewaring that the recent pic, the shot goes pretty low, almost to my privates, so if ur afraid to see a lil v-line action, please turn away ur attention.

Hey! This is me a couple years ago at ~155 and last week at 122! Size 11 to size 2.
I'm 5'7" and my UGW is 118.

I would not really know where to begin! lol
I suppose I could say I count calories by week instead of by day, with macros at 55% carb 30% fat 15% protein. I'm vegan so lots of veggies, veggies, veggies, nuts, beans, fruit, veggies, healthy fats, veggies, and moderate amounts of whole grains. All whole foods and lots of fermented stuff. I do about equal amounts of circuiting training with heavy dumbbells and interval running, and sometimes I do yoga. I walk EVERYWHERE (I don't have a car). And I always find a place for whiskey.

Hi all here are some of my before pictures (i was around 208-210 at my heaviest)
and here i am now in maintenance ranging from 123 on a fantastic day -125 on a normal day (my goal weight was 125 through out this entire journey and i reached it a little over a year ago right before my wedding)
