Freeze them, defrost & nuke when u need one as an occasional treat.
Can you really do that to cupcakes? How would the frosting hold up?
On a more serious note ... freezing them will work ... just do so in individual freezer bags so that they don't take on that "freezer" flavor ... but no, you can't nuke them, the frosting will melt ... you just have to let them come to room temp on the counter ...0 -

I'm not clear on the "everyone needs a break" philosophy. If your plan meets your nutritional and emotional needs, you don't need a break from it. I eat good food, enjoy it all, plan for special occasions and treats and practically never go over my calories. If I know I'm going to a restaurant or having a special occasion, I either save up calories, exercise a little more, or make good choices. Usually a combination of all three.
To me, "taking a break" means not grading papers all evening, but curling up on the sofa with a book. Or taking the rare mental health day.0 -
You should use them to sabotage the girls that are prettier or skinnier than you. Give them all the cupcakes and laugh internally as they get fat.0
