Was over my goal of 80 miles in October (1st challenge like this ever) I ran/walked 82.6 miles! ) I'm super proud of that.. I'm going to raise the bar a little more this month and shoot for 90 miles of walk/run in November!! I am adding Strength training to my routine starting Monday as well.. So that + this = one heck of a FUN month!!! Bring it on!

I'm so in for this new month! Im going do 2,000 miles by biking, jogging and walking.
PS - And in case anyone is wondering.... I did privately confirm that this was not a typo... :noway: :laugh:

I like what you have done, and I want to join in. I am brand new, first timer at anything like this. Great timing! Thanks. I will put on 10 miles a week with my tread mill and stationary bike. If that seems too easy, I will push it up. doctor says I should be fine... so here goes! Again, thanks for the forum. I'll check in weekly hopefully. Maybe more often.0

ok, i'm back for november. after punking out in october because of my sprained knee and other myriad reasons, i am back in force. i think i'll aim for 12 miles, but if someone can tell me how to figure out how to count the elliptical (my new obsession), i might change it to 15.0
