Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone would like to join me in a challenge. My goal is to loss 10 lbs by Chistmas eve.
I would also like to have some sort of exersize challenge. My thought was 210 min of exersize a week.
My workout goal is to workout 60 min 2 times a week and 30 min 3 times a week.
Maybe a small food challenge?
Let me know if you would like to join me, I need all the help I can get.

Christmas eve is on Friday, so should we have Friday weight-ins? Or would you prefer to weigh-in on the Monday after Christmas so we stay accountable during the holiday?
My starting weight is 204.5

My husband and I are in!! I always do better when I'm part of a challenge - I guess I'm competitive. Heading out to walk my dogs through a small canyon. Getting a head start on my 210 minutes of exercise for the week.0

I"m in. I'm in the other Christmas challenge but that's just weigh in every week. I like the accountability of this with exercise and food. Trying to play with my calories-I've never eaten many of my exercise calories, just enough to get me to 1600 intake each day (I'm much more pleasant if I have that amount of food!). This is my last 10 lbs. and it will be HARD to lose especially with Halloween, 1 son's birthday, other son's swim team championship season, Thanksgiving and the dreaded holiday parties. AAUUUGHHH!!

Our food goal this week is to eat our fruits and veggies, this mean 5-10 per day. :grumble:
Also keep drinking your water. Crystal light makes a Cherry Limeaide which is awsome.
How is everyone doing with the working out?
I managed to walk the dog for 35 min. before work. so .... 175 mins left to go.0 -
I'm in. I have 11lbs to go before the end of the year so I might as well start here.0

O.K., got in 45 minutes of strength training and ab work this morning plus 60 minutes of cardio so 115 minutes today plus yesterdays 45, I'm at 150 already. robynrae, my actual SW is 157.7, I was putting in my SW for the challenge. I want credit for the 13.1 lbs. I've lost!! Planning a big salad for lunch with some fruit in it too so that will help with the fruit/veggie challenge. That's gonna be tough for me.0

Just ate a ginormous salad for lunch so got in 4.5 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruit.0

Thanks so much for including me. My start weight is actually 162. Which is my current weight as well. Haha. When do you want us to report back?0

I guess I didn't give my starting weight, it was 169. I worked out for an hour this morning and ate my fruits and veggies.0

I added personl loss because every lost lb lost on this life journey is important, and everyone should be proud of what they have done and will do.0 -
I managed to get my fruits and veggies in, vegtable stir fry with a side of acorn squash helped alot.
I am trying out my first Zumba class tonight, I hope like it.
I did 30 on the treadmill yesterday am and also walked the dog for 30 min =60 min
Look like everyone is haveing a great start this week.0 -
I'm game! It's always nice to look better for the holiday's...I hope I can keep up, I just started but really pumped to get going and this is a good motivator...count me in!0
