Rains have quit and I am not sick!
added 2.5 miles today
6.5 miles so far... have a lot of catching up to do, but going to try to walk 2.5 miles per day every weekday, except Tuesday when I will do a shorter 1.5 mile walk (have to get to work earlier). Also going to walk on Saturday mornings with HS football season being over (I work late on Fridays).0 -

@SAM_GAMGEE - Got your goal adjusted for you!take care of that achilles! Those are bears to heal from. I have personal experience with those too. When you're able, do calf raises and calf stretches (gentle at first, then deep when you can toloerate it) on some stairs. Put the front balls of your feet on a step and let your heels drop down. Every day, morning and night, and before you exercise. The calf raises make a good warmup. Good luck!
