I baked the caramel banana cake on the right, and AFTER i've had my slice of that, my brother brought out the raspberry yogurt cheesecake on the left, and i proceeded to have a massive slice of that without even thinking.

can't decide if i regret it or not though, since it was epically delicious albeit putting my cal count for the day through the stratosphere. xD

Ohhh that Scotchy ice cream! I was drooling over it on their website but we don't get it up here in Canada. Worth the drive, ACG?

Was neglectful in taking pics of my epic dinner last night at Syndicate Brewery, but this was my leftover breakfast hash and fried eggs this morning - Sweet potato and mushroom hash with garlic, cumin and chili powder, fried eggs and all topped with some hot sauce. Yum!

It is quite butterscotchy, so if you like butterscotch it's good. the swirls almost taste like butter fingers in a way

Yeah, I had the idea for the stuffing then today thought it'd look neat if i made gravy spheres for a topping

We had some fresh handmade spinach noodles leftover from the Asian market, so I tossed them with an orange soy ginger stirfry of chicken, carrots, red onion, broccoli slaw and some random frozen veg I wanted to use up. For something thrown together in 20 minutes after spin class, not a bad dinner.

Those muffins looks epic NZ - especially if they were a gift
    What's "broken rice" exactly?

I made racks on racks on racks of BBQ ribs with homemade cornbread tonight but no pictures to show for it. that's what happens you're feeding a houseful of hungry guests.

Nevermind. Google answered my queries. Learn something new every day! I've never before seen that on a menu, at least not spelled out as 'Broken rice' in the English section. And I know my Viet/Thai food!

  • I'm a bit too lazy to make any type of account to be able to upload a picture, so let's see if this link works!

    https://scontent-b-sjc.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn2/v/1459796_608171429223953_2132199856_n.jpg?oh=0b4de6a0f981ad2e40de218875c83405&oe=528E54F7

Basic daily lunch. 1/2 cup cottage cheese, half a serving of mixed nuts, and 6.5 oz of baked chicken! Also, not pictured, a pumpkin protein bar.
