I spent the day working on renovations in my home gym. I followed that up with a kickass workout (1055 calories burned!), including a 3 mile run. It's the longest I've run in several months (I had a baby 5 weeks ago), and I'm really proud of myself for getting back into my old fitness routines.0

That despite the horrible weather outside, snow and windchill, I managed to stay active by shovelling snow and got myself to the gym. I find getting there is the greatest challenge. Yay me. Still working on the diet part of things but I should soon have it under control again.0
