I spent the day working on renovations in my home gym. I followed that up with a kickass workout (1055 calories burned!), including a 3 mile run. It's the longest I've run in several months (I had a baby 5 weeks ago), and I'm really proud of myself for getting back into my old fitness routines.

I'm proud that I'm starting over as of my doctors appointment yesterday. I'm proud that I'm under my calorie goal and not tempted to snack.

    Day two was a success:
    1. Ate well. No binging, no bad food.
    2. Ran far and fast
    3. Made progress on school work
    4. Felt happy.

    :)

I'm proud that I listened to my body and let myself do whatever I wanted on my day off including a nice ride to the beach, an eggnog latte and a walk in the sand!

Did not eat all the candy that was at work today. I had a small handful of trail mix and left the sugar for others.

That despite the horrible weather outside, snow and windchill, I managed to stay active by shovelling snow and got myself to the gym. I find getting there is the greatest challenge. Yay me. Still working on the diet part of things but I should soon have it under control again.

Did it again! Instead of waiting to accumulate my 10,000 steps thru-out the day, did my homegym thing and knocked it out first thing this morning. YAY!!!! :drinker: :smooched: :drinker:

I faced Shaun T at 5:40 am even though I was dreading Speed 3.0 and burpee hell.

Somebody was using the resistance pool when I arrived at the gym...grrr...instead of just heading home, I tread water for 25 minutes and then did 30 minute swim when said person was done.
