    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? spent the day with my husband and daughter.
    What would I have done differently? eating out gets me every time - the sodium, calories - need to plan better next time.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? step class and mostly good food choices
    What would I have done differently? shouldn't have eaten the pancake when I was making some for my son
    What is today's personal goals? check in,zumba, measure and eat appropriate amounts of protein, carbs and fats

    What is today's personal goals? check in, track everything, drink water, and elliptical - didn't make it long today. Forgot my asthma medicine and didn't have breakfast beforehand. It makes a big difference. :noway:

    I can't believe I am so far behind in checking in here. Things have been a little crazy busy lately
    and looks like the rest of the week will be the same. I have been eating lunches and dinners out
    and choosing the right foods has been a struggle. I got on the scale and was not happy. It
    has been making me miserable to see those numbers go up. I have to get a handle on this
    and another time of going away again next week for American Thanksgiving and Black Friday
    shopping. Sorry I have been amiss in checking in but I hope things will calm down a bit and
    I can do better.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? NO, Out for lunch and dinner and Christmas shopping.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, I did only walking so no exercise
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had fun with my friend shopping.
    What would I have done differently? Made better choices for lunch and dinner
    What are today's personal goals? Healthy choices, drink my water, No exercise today.

    Tues - Christmas shopping, only walking (1.5 miles in steps)
    Wed - Today cleaning my upstairs, no vigorous exercise.

    So, my Sunday - Tuesday did not do much exercise & not good with food. Have had lots going on & will continue being crazy at least thru the Sunday after Thanksgiving. My FIL is not doing well, Thanksgiving, Hanukah, and our 29th Anniversary all at the same time.

    Nov 20th - Wednesday

    Did I reach personal goal? no
    What did I do that I am proud of? a short walk and did not snack all day long.... as was tempted to do.
    What would I have done differently? not over eaten at dinner.
    What are today's personal goals? stay under in calories & exercise

    GW at the end of the Fall 2013 check in Dec. 21st? 133 lbs

    recipe to share ... really yummy

    Crustless Spinach Quiche

    saute until soft:
    Butter - Salted, 1 tbsp
    Oil - Olive, 1 tablespoon
    Onions , 1 large
    Red Bell Pepper , 1 medium

    add to pan until wilted (about 2 minutes):
    Spinach, 1 container (I used fresh that I chopped a little, but frozen ok or broccoli chopped finely instead)

    beat:
    6 Eggs

    add veggies to eggs then add and mix:
    Cottage Cheese 1 cup
    Cream - Heavy 2 tbsp
    Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 1/4 cup
    add 1/2 t. salt and 1/4 t. pepper

    pour in 9" pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes

    top with
    Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 cup (I did this before baking and it was good)

    6 servings
    Per Serving: cals: 233 carbs: 7 fiber: 1 protein: 15 fat: 17

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Worked on catching up with school work (Iknow, not fitness related but it made me happy :)
    What would I have done differently?not been so crabby in the evening
    What is today's personal goals? Go to spin class and maybe do some squats afterwards. Continue to eat very clean

    Sun- 30 minutes of C25K and a 60 minute yoga class DONE
    Mon - Rest/School
    Tues - 45 min workout w/ a friend and arms DONE
    Wed - Rest/School

    Sat - 30 mins C25K, arms, stretching

    Hi there! I have been, and will be, MIA for awhile. I have been moving, and now I'm preparing to have some ankle surgery. I'm setting my calorie limit to maintain for the rest of the year, so I won't meet my goal here (unless it is by accident). I wish you all well on your Fall goals, and I will check in again on the Winter thread next year!

    Have a safe trip if you are traveling which I will be going to Michigan for the holidays with our friends.
    So we will be leaving tomorrow afternoon and I will be back on Sunday sometime. So I will try and

    It has been a special Thanksgiving treat to check out all of your posts. A few of us are crazy busy it seems. At least I get a 4 day weekend to catch up with normal life. The one thing I have kept up with was Aquafit and logging except for this Tuesday I had a deadline and last friday I didn't get home til midnight and logged late.
    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No I think I staid under but we ate out for lunch and dinner. My son isn't going to be at the family Thanksgiving get together so we had dinner with him.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No exercise no healthy home cooking.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went shopping for healthy Thanksgiving dishes I am bringing to the Family Thanksgiving.
    What would I have done differently? Not much to be done about things until my jobs settle down
    What is today's personal goals? Be as active as possible and eat as best I can at Thanksgiving family gathering. longterm:exercise 6 days a week, healthy food, water

    GW at the end of the Fall I am changing this to maintaining my weight and keeping off the 5 pounds that I am fighting off right now.

    Sun- having hard time fitting exercise around my 2 jobs and commute

    Linda, we have our anniversary coming up soon too. Last year was our 30th but we weren't able to have a special celebration so this year we are going to an Inn overnight. My husband has a birthday soon too.
