    So I hit the gym today:

    20 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes lower body weight training
    Under calories
    12 glasses of water
    50 Push ups
    and some extra walking thrown in there...

    Whew...My legs are tired!

    Great job!!

    I did 45 minutes of cardio for 274 calories, under calories and sodium, 16 glasses of water, 33 push ups, 137 crunches, and some arm exercises thrown in!

    I am in, that would get me to my ideal body weight and that would be GREAT!

    I'm in for this challenge - I have been on MFP for quite some time, but my progress has been great till recently - I need a push to get myself going in this cold weather! I have weigh ins on Monday, and today's was 187. I primarily work out with my Wii (several programs on it) but I've been slacking! I only had one workout last week, and the kids halloween candy has been crying my name! Hoping that a new challenge will help keep me on track (June was my 2nd goal - still working on my first LTG to lose my first 50 by Christmas - only 12 lbs away from that!)

    My goals are to get back to drinking more water, and to get my workouts back to up to 4 a week!

    Ok Everyone.... Let's post our daily workouts/efforts here! I posted yesterday. I think it would be a great way to keep us accountable!

    BAINOS : I type daily challenges on the 30 Pounds by Christmas thread.... Do you think we could do something like that here? just a thought to give us something to keep us focused?? If not that's ok!

    Good morning everyone,
    Yesterday I didn't eat my exercise calories!!!:bigsmile:
    I did 25 wall pushups, 50 lunges,25 squats. and 1 hr of aqua class. Best exercise day in months.

    My question for the day. What do you snack on?

    I only eat the same few snacks.
    am break- 100 calorie pack of natural almonds
    pm break- either an apple or 90 calorie fiber one bar. Depends on if I am craving chocolate or not.
    after diner only a couple day a week - 100 calorie Ice cream bar.

    KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK...WE"VE GOT THIS!!!

    I am late posting my Weight loss, but just got on the scales and lost 3lb. I am late because spent the day at work and the night at A&E. Husband had an operation last week but had to be readmitted.

    My prayers for Hubby hope he is doing better.:flowerforyou:

    Whew..good workout day!

    Walked, Jogged, Weights, played Basketball with my hubby!!

    I was under calorie goals! WOO HOO!! 9 cups of water..

    Oh...and 50 wall pushups. I joined the November Challenge of 50 pushups a day. My arms are killing!
  • I'm completely in on this one. I'd love to be 50 lbs lighter by my birthday on June 6th! :) I've lost 14 since mid September so my starting weight for this challenge is 261.6. I will be 211 if I lose the 50 lbs by June, yay!
  • did my Tues night yoga class --- worked on getting into headstand! Not there yet, but waaaaay closer than i was this spring!.... Also did several sets of modified pushups. Again, not quite there yet, but seeing a definite improvement :)

    Had waaaay too many nibbles of stuff today (what up!?!?!) logged it all and didnt eat my reece's pb cup (actually STILL havent eaten it) till i logged everything in and knew i could "afford it" (i'm under and good w water)

    what i snack on lately:
    a wedge of laughing cow cheese w 4 water crackers
    3 oz baby carrots w 2 tbsp hummus
    a del monte fruit chiller pop
    a few pitted dates
    a hard candy (coffee werthers yum!)
    a banana (or part of)
    a Kashi chewy pb granola bar (140 cals and 7 protein... not bad!)
    a Muscle Milk Light (100 cals and 20? protein)
    ... i will type up more ideas tomorrow ....

    I did well yesterday. I was under on my calories. The only exercise I did was 25 wall pushups. I never count those or the pool lunges and squats. I only count the hour aqua class.

    Everyone have a great day...stay focused on our goal.:flowerforyou:

    This will be our hardest time with the Holidays just around the corner we have to stand strong.

  • What's everyone up to today?

    I finished Week 1 Day 3 of the 100 Push Ups Program. Did 52 total! (max set was 20)

    I have a DR appointment for my son today and then off to the gym.

    I did the stair climber last night at the gym for the first time ever and wow did it suck lol. So definitely getting back on it today and doing it again. :) Also planning on doing the elliptical and treadmill. :)

    Coach of my oldest son's hockey team and we have a practice so it gets me skating for about an hour... good workout.

    Just keeping those calories right where they should be!!

    yeah that is the plan... i am using excel though and it does not transfer to here nicely so i am looking for options to put the chart up...
