    so my plans had to change yesterday, but on the plus side I got more time in.

    12/02 - 55 minute workout, 15 minute walk & 30 minutes shoveling (drifts up to knees and waist, so I'm counting it!) = 100 minutes

    12/03 - 35 minute workout, 15 minute walk & at least 15 minutes more shoveling I know is waiting for me = 65 minutes

    1275 minutes left to go :)

    30 - Treadmill before work
    10 - walk at break
    60 - Agility practice in the evening

    1st - 1 hour 30 minutes (Treadmill) = 22 hours 30 minutes left
    2nd - 1 hour (Zumba) = 21 hours 30 minutes left
    3rd - 1 hour 30 minutes (Treadmill) = 20 hours left

    Dec 1 = 90 minutes
    Dec 2 = 40 minutes (I felt poorly in the afternoon and decided to take it easy)
    Dec 3 = 1 hour 45 minutes

    Total: 3 hours 55 minutes

    Today:
    45 mins yoga
    40 mins 2 miles walk
    30 mins upper body & abs

    Tomorrow I will be running errands so I'm not sure how much I'll get done but I'll do my best.

    12/1- 60 min w/ trainer (20 min boxing, 15 min hill intervals, 25 min battle rope intervals).
    12/2- 65 min w/ trainer (55 min circuit training, 10 min hill intervals at still slow but slightly faster pace)
    12/3- 84 min walking (42 in AM, 42 in PM, although PM route was longer)
