12/01...............walk 3.5 mph (50 minutes)
12/02...............run / walk (5.3 mph for 3.5 mile run and 3.5 mph for 2 mile walk (75 minutes)
12/03...............moving / carrying boxes - unpacking; cleaning floors etc (90 minutes)
12/04..............walk / run - 1.5 mile walk (3.6 mph) and 3.5 mile run (11 minute mile pace) / ran up & down 6 flights of stairs (70 minutes total)0 -
