    48 hour challenge...I totaled my hours for the first 3 days and realized that I should set a goal for 48 hours
    12/1 Running 1.5 hrs
    12/2 TRX 1 hr
    12/2 Swim .75
    12/2 Drill .25
    12/3 Spin 1
    12/3 Stretch .75
    12/3 Walk .5
    12/3 Drill .25
    12/4 Drill .25

    Total 9 hrs

    I'm at 2.93 hours.

    Dec. 1: 53 minutes.
    Dec. 2: 44 minutes.
    Dec. 3: 37 minutes.
    Dec. 4: 42 minutes.

    Not sure I'll hit 24 hours in the month--I plan in rest days because I'm primarily weight training at the moment--but it's a hell of a fun challenge!

    A great challenge to keep me accountable during December!

    12/01...............walk 3.5 mph (50 minutes)
    12/02...............run / walk (5.3 mph for 3.5 mile run and 3.5 mph for 2 mile walk (75 minutes)
    12/03...............moving / carrying boxes - unpacking; cleaning floors etc (90 minutes)
    12/04..............walk / run - 1.5 mile walk (3.6 mph) and 3.5 mile run (11 minute mile pace) / ran up & down 6 flights of stairs (70 minutes total)
    12/05..............walk 2.5 mph (30 minutes)

    24 Hour December Challenge

    1st - 1 hour 30 minutes (Treadmill) = 22 hours 30 minutes left
    2nd - 1 hour (Zumba) = 21 hours 30 minutes left
    3rd - 1 hour 30 minutes (Treadmill) = 20 hours left
    4th - 1 hour (Zumba) = 19 hours left
    5th - 2 hours (Treadmill) = 17 hours left

    Love seeing all the variety....that's one thing I would like to change up a little in 2014!! :drinker:

    got some more time in yesterday, 1220 left to go! Did my weight training yesterday (lower body), did squats, lots of lunges and kettlbell good mornings. Also worked on chinups :) I am sore today!
  • Only a half hour today making it a total of 4.5 hours, Doing day 3 of week 6 c25k. I almost didn't do anything I have been pushing my body pretty hard, and woke up with a lot of pain, ankle joint, hip joint, si joint all on right side. (It's my bad side, all kinds of things wrong with it.) But after I weighed myself and saw I lost two pounds this week, I was motivated to try it out at least, so I made it through the 22 min run, but the walking was really tough after that, so I didn't do any added walking.
