i wish they did that to my drinks. The whipped cream is the best part of their drinks.0

That's the problem, its imperfect like 99% of the time, and I feel like they just don't care.0

Dry your eyes, sigh...0

When I worked there one customer told me should we only buy a drink if me or one other bloke was serving.
You may be paying premium prices, but the staff aren't treated in a 'premium' manner, so you can't expect the good ones to stick around.0 -
If only every Starbucks had one of those stations with the sugar, creamer, milk, napkins and stirrers readily available for customers to help themselves to as much as they want, this tragedy could have been avoided.0
-
Why? They shouldn't be telling people to shut up about their order.
They shouldn't so write a letter to the appropriate people, get your little $3.33 back, and get over it. People have provided you more than enough solutions.
Seriously the whining in this thread = Milton from Office Space.0 -
Yes, I get this same drink on a daily basis and this time it seemed different. That's the problem, its imperfect like 99% of the time, and I feel like they just don't care.
OP, you could write a song: "That B**charista Screwed Up My Latte, a Hundred Different Ways."0 -
I love you.0

Here's a bridge. Get over it.
Here's a straw. Suck it up.
Here's a full cup. Shut the full cup.

Being that I am currently a barista at a starbucks here's a lesson for you. If you ask for a drink with whipped cream expect to have less milk in it. In order to fit the whip on top and not have your coffee beverage over flowing down the sides, we have to make room.
If losing an inch of milk is really that important to you- than ask for either really light whip cream so we don't have to leave as much room, or ask for no whip (you save yourself a bunch of calories that way as well) and you will have milk up to the top!
Don't get mad at a barista for making the drink as you asked. Take this experience, learn from it, and make better choices concerning your coffee next time.
If, I had been your barista, I would have added more milk for you- depending on how nice you were about it. We don't get paid enough to deal with people being a**holes to us because they didn't realize how there drink was made.0 -
Seriously... if this is the worst thing that happened to you that day.... you will be ok.0
