I'm new to this site this month, but I know the only way I'll stick to it is to keep challenging myself.
I'm in, I'm already 2 days behind I'll kick it in to gear tomorrow.

Welcome :) This challenge has kept me accountable and for the first time since I have moved to the U.S., not gained weight during the holidays.

Wow, this challenge seems interesting. I've done 120 minutes so far. I'm in for January! Thanks for helping me find some motivation!

I shall try. Until the end of this week, my excercise will only be walking and possibly jogging, but shall do zumba or boot camp at the end of the week and then something every other day.

    So far:
    4/01 - 77 min walk, 4,8 kmh
    5/01 - 38 min walk, 5,6 kmh
    6/01 - 10 min walk, 4,9 kmh & 67 min walk, 5,1 kmh

    Total: 192 minutes
    Left: 1248 minutes

49 minutes of excercise per day seems doable.

This sounds awesome! Especially as I'm just getting back into my exercise routine :)

So far this month I've done two 1 hour sessions, so that leaves 22 hours for me :)
