Feeling exhausted. I usually feel like this once I get back to an exercise routine. I am re-energized the first day, but after two days I feel like garbage. My muscles are sore which makes sense, but I just want to sleep. I feel completely drained and wonder how will I get in exercise feeling like this. When I took aerobics classes, I would have to go home and take a nap. I don't understand this. My body will adjust but it's the first few days or week.0 -

Are you sure this isn't a medical issue? If you know it's not, then take it slower. Listen to your body...it really does know what you need. :drinker:0 -

Jan. 10: 87 minutes (60 minutes, 15 miles on the mini-bike plus 2.23-mile, 27:15-minute run).
Total for Jan. so far: 9.467 hours, 119.97 miles.
(Includes 40 min., 2.2-mile walk + 48:25 min., 4.02 miles of running.)
Longest nonstop and second-fastest pace for a mile-plus distance since my return to running. Best part: I was 4/100ths of a mile from the finish, sweating bullets and feeling pooped. Passed an adolescent boy on a skateboard who called out, "Good job!" I smiled and waved and he said, "You're welcome." Made my day!
I dialed down the resistance a tad for tonight's wild ride on the mini-bike. :-)0 -
